3 PDS. ! STAINLESS STEEL MIXED SHAPED SHOT FOR TUMBLER,

THIS LISTING IS FOR THREE POUNDS OF JEWELRY GRADE STAINLESS STEEL SHOT.  The difference between regular iron shot and stainless steel shot is that iron shot must be rinsed and dried each time you use it to prevent rusting.  Stainless steel shot is "corrosive resistant" - while under certain circumstances it can rust, it's not likely.  To prevent rusting after a few uses, clean with a burnishing powder, rinse, then rinse through with rubbing alcohol and water.  I had thought in that past that stainless could not rust, but after selling about 300 pds. one person had a slight problem with some of the small balls rusting.  I checked with the manufactor and was told what I just quoted.  I personally have never had a problem.  I rinse out my shot after each use and than put it back in the barrel.

THIS SHOT COMES IN FOUR DIFFERENT SHAPES (as opposed to just round) SO IT CAN GET INTO EVERY AREA. SHAPE & SIZES SOMETIMEs VARY (slightly) FROM BATCH TO BATCH BUT THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AT LEAST FOUR SHAPES.   PUT SHOT IN TUMBLER, COVER WITH WATER PLUS A INCH MORE, ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF BURNISHER (some is included free) AND YOUR METAL.

THIS IS THE SAME MATERIAL I USE IN MY TUMBLER.  I CARRY THIS TUMBLER ALSO IN MY STORE.  THE TUMBLER I USE IS SPECIFICALLY FOR JEWELRY.  ROCK TUMBLERS WILL WORK TOO, BUT THEY LEAK AND I FIND THE SHAPE OF MY TUMBLER'S BARREL PREFERABLE.
