Details
Fast and forgiving action, this blank is constructed of fxIV and fxIII fourth and third generation high modulus graphite. The Optimum Series is an excellent fly rod blank. Features the ProLogic advanced compound taper. Suggested guides and spacing for this blank are as follows:

[1] New: Brand new, never used.
[2] Mint: Free of flaws
other than possible manufacturer imperfections. Not new but in new
condition, looks unused, no visible blemishes. May or may not have original
box. Note: Box is graded separately.
[3] Excellent: Some visual,
although no major or serious signs of use or imperfections. Imperfections
would be few in number and considered minor in size. Perhaps minor scratches,
minute marks, tiny ding, light scratch.
[4] Very Good: This is the low
end of excellent condition but maybe a few more minor, below average
imperfections or marks. Perhaps imperfection is a bit larger in size
than excellent.
[5] Good: Generally respectable condition of item with
one or more of the following average notable defects; scratches, stains,
chips, dings, dents, marks, wear, pitting, tears, cracks, crazing, paint
loss,
creases, fraying, rubs, fading or discoloration. Still a functional item.
[6] Fair: Above average in defects but functional if a working device.
Possible repairs or missing pieces.
[7] Poor: In very worn state.
Generally not very usable. Maybe good for parts. |

Payment Information
As winner you
will automatically be notified by eBay at the close of auction.
Following this notification you will receive an E-mail invoice within
48-hours. If you don't receive an invoice within this time frame it
means your E-mail provider has filtered it out, in which case you will
need to contact us. Please confirm that your eBay zip code (or postal code) is correct
and follow the check out procedures on the E-mail invoice or use the
auction page to "check out" within 3-days. If the eBay zip
code (or postal code) shown is not correct, please contact us before making payment so
shipping charge can be recalculated. If you won more than one item, it's
important that you wait for the invoice showing combined shipping before
paying, otherwise you won't receive the benefit of a reduced (combined)
shipping charge.

Since we offer PayPal Protection to our Buyers, if you will be
paying through PayPal, we can only ship to a confirmed address. If you will

Payment by
check or money order: If you will be mailing a check or money
order, please advise by E-mailing us your name and shipping address within
3-days of auction close as confirmation in order to have your item packed
with care, labeled, and ready to ship. Please send check or money order
promptly to the address supplied on invoice so that payment is received
within 7-days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7-days,
item will be offered to the second-highest bidder or re-listed. Be sure to
include the item description, auction number, and shipping address with your
check or money order payment. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s.
All Idaho residents will
be charged 5% sales tax during checkout. |

Shipping & Insurance
We will
take the best care in packing to make sure your item arrives safely and
will gladly combine items to save you money on shipping. Several auction
wins may require more than one box but we'll combine as many pieces as
safely possible. We package each item with the utmost care however;
unless otherwise noted as optional (at the very bottom of auction page),
insurance is required against loss or damage. This protects the buyer,
as seller is not responsible should loss or damage occur during
shipping.
We will notify you when your item has shipped. PayPal
Payments ship within 48-hours of receipt (Monday - noon Friday).
Payments by check ship after bank deposit and clearance (allow 10-days).

We welcome buyers from the following Countries:
European Countries including but not limited to (in alphabetical order) Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and United Kingdom. Plus Australia, Canada, and Japan.
If you are a International bidder, please note the following conditions:
[1] At this time, we only accept PayPal as the International method of payment and we only ship to the primary address of your PayPal account.
[2] Due to size restrictions, reduced customs clearance fees, and the best value for our International customers, we only ship via Parcel Post Airmail by the United States Postal Service. Depending on destination, delivery can typically take from seven to fourteen days from date of payment. However, we have had a few International shipments take up to 60-days to arrive because customs held the delivery for an extended period of time. Therefore, we ask for patience from our International customers due to delivery delays beyond our control.
[3] We refuse to identify items purchased as gifts or samples, or reduce the selling price of an item on customs forms.
[4] We reserve the right to refuse bids from a customer with less than 95% positive feedback rating.
[5] International buyers are responsible for all duties and import fees.
[6] There are size restrictions (length) for shipping to some Countries, specifically Australia and Iceland. If you are bidding on two-piece fly rods and/or rod blanks, please e-mail before bidding and we will advise if the package exceeds the size limit for your address.

Guarantee & Return
Policy
We guarantee all items are as pictured and
described or you may return it within 3-days of
receiving item for your money back. If
it's our fault for sending an item different than described, we'll pay
for return shipping and refund in full.
If you choose to
return the item for any other reason, please notify us within 3-days of
receiving item. In this case, you are responsible for all return
shipping & insurance fees. Returns must be insured for at least the
purchase price and shipped via the same shipping means and in its
original (pictured) condition. This refund does not cover costs incurred
by The Fly Fishing Shop for shipping, eBay, or credit card [or] PayPal charges.
After 3-days of receiving item, all sales are considered complete.
