We ship directly from our location. Packages are shipped every Tuesday or Wednesday with UPS as long as payment is received by Sunday. To make sure your item is shipped by Wednesday, please have payment made by Sunday. We reserve the right to ship earlier than Tuesday.
We accept paypal only.     We guarantee all of our products to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied within 3 days of receiving it, send it back for a refund less shipping and handling. Please let us know before it is sent back. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our location and it must arrive in the same condition as shipped.
Our company strives to prevent damages and constantly monitors how items are damaged to help better prevent them.
