DON'T BUY BY PICTURE..PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BID ON AN ITEM.   MOST OF WHAT I SELL IS MINIATURES IN 1/12 TH SCALE FROM MY CLOSED MINIATURE STORE BUT NOT ALL. I ALSO AM LISTING ITEMS FROM MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS ESTATE FROM TIME TO TIME.. LOOK AT THE MEASUREMENT SIZE... PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS..I WOULD BE HAPPY TO ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE....

I have and will continue to fix any problems with a damaged shipment or will give a refund on any items that are broken in shipment.  I only ask for you to communicate to me the damage as soon as the package arrives...I want all involved to be returned to me (all packaging, the item/items) with in 7 days of receipt.. I will make and exchange if possible or a refund once I receive the returned shipment and have inspected it.

 Miniature 3 Pc. Bedroom set by Concord Called Fontana in 1/12 th Scale. Measures:  Dresser - 5 6/8 inches L  x  2 7/8 inches H  x  1 1/2 inches D.. 7 drawer and 1 door all open...Nightstand - 2 inches W  x  1 2/8 inches D  x  2 inches H...Mirror - 4 inches H  x  3 1/2 inches W  x  3/8 inches D...Color of this set is Oak color with whitewash design on mirror and top of each piece of furniture in the channel design... These pieces are new but not in excellant condition... The dresser has a slight indentation on top as does the nightstand. Mirror has a slight blemish on the glass but does not deface the reflection in any way.  Price marked accordantly.
