The new owners must be aware that you cannot borrow money in Indonesia unless you are Indonesian, it is also unlikely you will be able to secure finance for a foreign property within your own country so please ensure you have secured your finance before bidding

Payment and handover paperwork will be managed by our lawyers, no paypal or personal bank transfers will be accepted, payment will be held in trust by Austrindo until all legal paperwork has been completed

Payment is to be made to the Austrindo property trust account within 72 hours, if payment is not made in the agreed timeframe the villas will be offered to the second highest bidder

Handover of the villas would ideally occur in the Austrindo Law Office in Bali however if you are unable to attend this handover this can be completed via fax
