| Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the customer within 3 calendar days.

Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the RMA# is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.
After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
PRODUCT CONDITION:
Products must be returned in NEW, resaleable condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds, defacing or any other kind of wear or damage. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
PACKING AND SHIPPING:
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton. Please include a copy of your "item purchase" eBay notification. Print the RMA# on all sides of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Software, CD, Book, Video, and Pickup sales are not refundable. Please note: Pickups may be returned to the manufacturer. |
