At this time, we are only accepting orders within the 48 contiguous states.
Please do not request a quote to Alaska, Hawaii, commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, or neighboring countries such as Canada, as we simply don't offer shipping there.

Method and time
All packages are shipped by UPS Ground, with an average delivery time of 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.
There may be exceptions during busy days, such as around holidays when shopping is heaviest.
I will follow up on your order when it is put through for shipment.

We also offer FedEx as a shipping option. Just let me know if you prefer to have your item shipped by FedEx instead.

Please be sure to provide a street address for delivery, as we do not deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes.

Refund policy
If you purchase the item and decide you no longer want it, then you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is still in new condition, for a refund less shipping costs.
You'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order, we will try to have our carrier retrieve the item from you.
This auto-retrieval, or "call tag," isn't guaranteed.
But in the case that we can't have the item picked back up from you, we will reimburse you for any shipping you pay to have the item sent back to us;
we will cover any product and shipping expenses required to correct your order.
