You are bidding on a Leland Gifford 3 Spindle Drill Press, S/N 23VHF-59.     Just came out of a machine tool builders.   Good machine, well cared for!!!   This is a production style machine with fixed spindle speeds and flange quill set for the Wisconsin heads.   Take a look at the specs:
