This is a great unit, brand new, shipped directly from the manufacturer. All machines tested prior to shipping.

Payment is expected a time of check out. If you cannot post payment immediately please send me an email letting me know when to expect payment and I will make a note of it. PayPal is the preferred method of payment but we also accept Visa, Master card, Checks and Money orders. If payment is posted by check, whether it be through an e-check using PayPal or mailing in a paper check, there will be a hold of up to 5 days for clearance before shipping out the merchandise. Money order payments will be processed immediately after receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - All payments must be posted using U.S funds. PayPal is the preferred form of payment, however we also accept international money orders. Any payment received that is not PayPal or an international money order will have a hold of up to 45 days.

I post positive feedback as soon as your payment is posted.

Orders are shipped out the next day after payment is posted whenever possible. All machines are shipped double boxed to avoid any potential damage during shipping. We also insure all our packages up to $100, additional insurance can be purchased at checkout. Once the auction ends, please send us an email letting us know your shipping address and a contact telephone number. This information is very important just in case the shipper needs to speak with you prior to delivering the package. Providing the shipping company this information can avoid unnecessary delays. We also need to know if we are shipping to a business or a residence so please make a note of that in the email as well.

In the event that you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping. Please keep all original packaging and contact us via email immediately. If an insurance claim needs to be filed due to a damaged or lost shipment we will work with you and the shipping company to process all the necessary paperwork.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped out using the U.S Postal Service to avoid the additional brokerage charge that the private shipping companies, such as UPS and Federal Express charge. Insurance must be purchased for all international shipments.

All machines are checked prior to shipping to ensure we are sending out a fully functional item. If you receive a machine that is defective or damaged in any way, and the issues cannot be easily resolved via email, we will have the machine repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds - ONLY EXCHANGES for another of the same machine. This is done due to the high cost of shipping these items since they are heavy so please bid carefully.
