Orders are shipped out the next day after payment is posted whenever possible. We also insure all our packages for up to $100, additional insurance can be purchased at checkout. In the event that you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping. Please keep all original packaging and contact us via email immediately. If an insurance claim needs to be filed due to a damaged or lost shipment we will work with you and the shipping company to process all the necessary paperwork.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped out using the U.S Postal Service to avoid the additional brokerage charge that the private shipping companies, such as UPS and Federal Express charge. Insurance must be purchased for all international shipments.


All machines are checked prior to shipping to ensure we are sending out a fully functional item. If you receive a machine that is defective or damaged in any way, and the issues cannot be easily resolved via email, we will have the machine repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds - ONLY EXCHANGES for another of the same machine. This is done due to the high cost of shipping these items since they are heavy so please bid carefully.
