2 ~ "VEGETARIAN PLANET" / Didi Emmons / Published 1997 / 350 recipes / 564 pgs / Softcover in Very Good condition. Has a ding on one corner from rough shelving.

3 ~ "THE MEATLESS GOURMET" / Bobbie Hinman / Published 1995 / 350 recipes -- Low calorie, low-cholesterol with nutritional breakdown for each recipe / 488 pgs / Softcover / spiral binding.  Used in Good Condition -- there is some underlining in the intro and a comment or two in the text.
