If the product you ordered is defective we accept return an exchange.

All claims or returns must be approved and must be made no later than 10 days (starts from the day order shown delivered). Please email us at 7x24eshop@gmail.com to get the RMA number before returning the item. The return item must be in its original box, new, and unused condition. No returns of worn or abused items.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. 7x24 Electronics will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product.
