For the item(s) shipped by Canada Post Light / Small Package U.S. services delivery usually takes between 7- 20 business days.

There is no tracking number no insurance on the Light / Small Package shipping services. If this is concern please contact us before purchasing.

Please kindly understand that the ship time is much longer for US orders since we are in Canada. Therefore when the item is received, please do not give us a low rating for shipping time.
The item travels from Canada Post to the US Customs, then to the USPS. Sometimes the delivery is delayed by US Customs also.

Return Policy

If the product you ordered is defective we accept return an exchange.

All claims or returns must be approved and must be made no later than 7 days starts from the day item was received and 25 days starts from the day order shown delivered. Please email us at 7x24eshop@gmail.com to get the RMA number before returning the item. The return item must be in its original box, new, and unused condition. No returns of worn or abused items.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, exchange or store credit  if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
