 A beautiful fabric by Daisy Kingdom entitled "Victorian Garden Skirt", dated 1998.  This fabric is made up 3 panels measuring 1 yard each and depicts a printed semi circular skirt pattern.  The width of the skirt from dark blue bottom edge is 58".  A very pretty design made up of  lovely flowers and lacy edges.  I believe this fabric is a semi sheer crepe.  If I had to guess I'd say it is a cotton fabric.  Price is for all 3 panels.  I'm not sure how the skirt would be made up, if it takes one panel or two, I guess it would depend on the size.
