Ok, what I know about the property Hunters retreat. I just bought the property, as a hunting retreat. But, wife is not willing to move up there from Florida I already spent 1600.00 in having the house totally rewired. The electrician, told me, he hooked up the furnace, and the motor came on, its a beckett oil burner furnace. So, I need to sell it. I have never visited the property. So, I dont know much of anything else. It does have new double pane windows, and new siding. I checked on www.realtor.com and couldnt find a house within 30 miles for under 20k. you can do your own checking. I like the fact is was out in the country and private. With plenty of room to hunt, and plenty of snow mobile paths.

The Property: This is a bank foreclosure and per Cortland county has a "tax assessed value" of $43,100. It was bought direct from a bank as-is, where-is, no disclosure, no guarantees, no survey, or inspections and we are selling the same way. We have limited knowledge about the property, and no information regarding condition other then what is shown or stated so please don’t ask “how's the furnace and the roof”, we don’t know. The home is owned free of any bank mortgage liens. The county is Cortland. The property Tax Map# 151.12-01-19.000.
