This is a lot of 3 soft cover books by Frances Mayes.  The pages are clean and the binding is tight in all three books. The covers show some shelf wear as shown in the picture.  Fast shipping from a smoke-free home.

Swan (2002) is in very good +++ condition.  The pages are clean and dull to bright (just not bright white), and the binding is tight.  The spine has not been bent back, and the covers show mostly mild to mild+ shelf wear around the edges and corners, as shown in the picture.  The front cover lifts up.

Bella Tuscany:  The Sweet Life in Italy (1999) is in good condition.  The pages are clean and mildly age-toned, more so around the edges, and the binding is tight.  The spine has not been bent back, and the covers show mostly mild+ shelf wear around the edges and corners, along with the sticker remnant on the front cover, as shown in the picture.   This book had a spill to the front cover, that mostly affects the top right corner of the book.  There is a light stain on the top corner edges.          

Under the Tuscan Sun:  At Home in Italy (1997) is in very good +++ condition.  The pages are clean and very mildly age-toned to dull, slightly more so around the edges, and the binding is tight.  The spine has not been bent back, and the covers show mostly mild+ shelf wear around the edges and corners, as shown in the picture.  The front cover lifts up.
