These are in their unopened packages, though one of the plastic bags that the announcements comes in is torn a bit on the bottom.  The cards are yellow with a teddy bear holding a little duck with "A New Arrival" on the front.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final.  I do my best to describe all items I sell fairly and accurately, so if you have questions before bidding, please don’t hesitate to ask! 

 PAYMENT:

I only accept Pay Pal.  Payment is expected within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  If you are unable to pay within this time frame, please do not bid on my auction. Items that are not paid for in the designated period of time will be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder. Due to an increasing number of problems with people not paying for their items, if your feedback rating is less than 10, you must contact me before bidding on my item, or I reserve the right to cancel your bid.

 SHIPPING:

I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. The shipping charge noted on this item is for delivery to the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be more, so please ask before bidding if you are from these states. I am not shipping internationally at this time. I will combine shipping costs if you win more than one auction, and I 'm always happy to waive the shipping costs if you are local and want to pick your item up.
