• Items 3 lbs. or greater are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. All other items are shipped via USPS.

• In order to receive a refund or replacement for items such as: iLuv products, iConcept products, Innopocket products, Fellowes products, unlocked mobile phones and bluetooth headsets, all products must be unused, including all original materials and enclosed in their original, undamaged boxes. 
• If you would like to return an item within the first thirty (30) days for any reason please email us immediately for a RMA # - We do not process returns or exchanges without a RMA.

• All payments must go through the "Automated Checkout".
• We do not send out PayPal payment requests unless there are issues with the system. 
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended. Complete the checkout from the most recent email that you receive from us. Our automated system will combine your items to save you on shipping.
• After you have won the auction, an email with our checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. 
• All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction has closed. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited.
