Return Terms
All sales come with AFaucet 14-day return period and 1-year warranty on products unless advertised differently.

• For any product being returned is in brand new condition or never been used before, a refund (full payment amount less shipping cost) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check within 30 days.

• Due to the nature of the plumbing products and accessories, we cannot resell any return merchandise which had been installed or used.  Under these circumstances, we cannot take any returns UNLESS the product is defective.

• Under the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defected product. The Warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, was damaged through abuse or accident.

Specific terms are:

• Any return merchandise that is returned beyond the 14 days from the date of payment, may be subjected to 15% restocking fee.

• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. If you are not sure about the return shipping choice, you can always contact us for the preferred carrier.

• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted unless the item is picked up from the sales location.

• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Refund or store credit will be issued if the replacement is not available and the item is defective.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to sales@afaucet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen(14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
