Our crew is in between biodiesel plants and can build one system now. The reactor includes our "Tornado" continuous flow mixing technology in the price as well as control valves, interfaces and computer control system. You just enter the FFA of the oil into the computer and you will get up to 100 gpm flow out of the reactor of throughly mixed biodiesel.
The reactor automatically feeds oil, methanol and methoxide into the reactor chamber and mixes it completely. The biodiesel produced is able to be ASTM certified with the normal seperation and cleaning methods. This is for the reactor only - no tanks, separators, etc.
