  • No, we do not end auctions early. All of our auctions go for the full duration.

• Can you ship outside of the United States?
  • Yes, we ship most of our items worldwide. Please see the shipping calculator.
    
• Do you take personal checks?
  • No, we do not. We can only accept PayPal and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) and Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and money orders.
    
• I won the auction and the item is paid-for. When will I receive it?
  • We typically ship within 2 days of cleared payment, depending on auction closing time. Please see our map for approximate shipping times.
    
• Can you send me additional photos of the item?
  • Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.
    
• Why do you only ship to verified PayPal addresses?
  
• This is for the protection of Drop It Off and the PayPal account holder. This prevents PayPal fraud since verified addresses are confirmed by the real account holder.
• Do you allow local pickup?
• Yes, we allow local pickup for all of our items. There is no charge for picking items up locally, but please make sure you can make it to our location within a week of auction closing.
  
  

Drop It Off accepts returns only if the item is not as described in the auction. Buyer must notify Drop It Off through eBay or at 713-790-9200 within 3 days of delivery by the specified carrier. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be received by Drop It Off within 14 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.

Drop It Off is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer. Drop It Off warrantees and represents that the goods are as they are described in the above listing. We will accept returns of the goods only if they fail to meet the descriptions above, see return policy below. Drop It Off specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. All transactions with Drop It Off will take place in Harris County. Any legal action will take place in Harris County.

While we prefer PayPal, we'll also accept credit cards or a PayPal eCheck. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal or we can take your information over the phone at (713) 790-9200 Monday thru Friday, 9am - 7pm. Unfortunately, we don't accept personal checks.

All Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax during the checkout process. Payment must be received within 3 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Drop It Off is a Texas Limited Liability Company based out of Houston, Texas. We are located just two blocks from the Houston Astrodome. We accept items Monday through Saturday for eBay consignments.
