Payment is expected within three days of close of sale. If there is some reason you cannot make payment within this time please contact us so arrangements can be made.
All payments are made through PayPal including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal transfers, checking account or any other method accepted by PayPal. You do not have to have a personal PayPal account to make a purchase.

Combined Shipping - Yes, we do combine shipping but not for all products. In order for two or more items to benefit from combined shipping they must both/all be shipped from the same warehouse. Tigger's Bargains ships items from several warehouses across the country. If you have a question about combined shipping please contact us and we will let you know if the items you want to order are eligible for combined shipping.

All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders that choose UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, 2 Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early AM, as their shipping method, will ship within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the order. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.
Note that ship time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, etc) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers. For international orders, your item/items may be delayed because of customs and transit.
There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information.
We do not ship to PO BOXES
We do ship international.
The customer is responsible for any and all custom fees or other related costs. The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country.
Tigger's Bargains is not responsible for any items seized by customs.
Shipments for International purchases are required to have insurance on items shipped.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged in Shipping:
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 800-906-5393 or e-mail vegasbargains@gmail.com and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage merchandise.
You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received.
Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company.
Please allow 10 business days for UPS to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and they have picked it up, you can either keep the item or discard it. After the 10 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your damage item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive the defective merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 800-906-5393 or e-mail vegasbargains@gmail.com and include your full name and order number.

Backorders
Wrong Item Shipped
Do not send us back merchandise without our approval. You must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) before attempting to return any merchandise to swordsswords. Any packages received without a valid RA# will be returned to the sender at sender's cost.
To obtain an RA# please call us at 800-906-5393 or e-mail vegasbargains@gmail.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any included paperwork. We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 72 hours after the products have been delivered to the customer.
Exchanges & Unsatisfied Customers
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Anyone exchanging products will be responsible for shipping cost when we reship their product. Exchanges for reasons other than damaged merchandise can be shipped it back to us and we will charge a 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost for unsatisfied products will not be reimbursed.If you receive the wrong merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 800-906-5393 or e-mail vegasbargains@gmail.com and include your full name and order number. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the wrong merchandise, we will contact you and begin the reshipping process with our shipping company.
At the time of this listing this item was in stock and ready to ship. We rarely encounter issues with this but we do list our items in a number of locations and there is always a remote possibility that multiple orders can occur for the same item resulting in a backorder. Should this occur you will be contacted right away and offered a choice of backorder or substitution of product. In the even of backorder, please allow 30 days for your item/items to be shipped.
