All of our items are BRAND NEW and in thier ORIGINAL PACKAGING, unless stated otherwise! Our prefered method of payment is Paypal, but money orders and cashiers checks are always accepted. Please e-mail with plan of payment within 3 days of winning auction. Best offers are always considered! Please ask any questions you have about the item before you bid.

We ship Worldwide!  Shipping options are listed in all auctions, and please use the Shipping Calculator provided. (We are updating our listings with an international shipping calculator, so if it is not in the listing, feel free to email us for a quote.) Our preferred methods are UPS Ground and USPS Priority, but we are flexible to your needs. It is always our goal to ship the day of receiving payment, but please allow 7-10 days for shipment of in stock items. As always, we are more than happy to combine shipping on all of your purchases! 

RETURN POLICY-

Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. You might change your mind, manufacturers might mess up, shipping carriers might mess up, and yes - even we might mess up from time-to-time. That's why we have a hassle free 30-Day Return Policy that states: If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Unnecessary Necessity within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a full and prompt refund or replacement.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

Since Unnecessary Necessity deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you the option of a refund or other item, instead. Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with any documentation. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER Unnecessary Necessity receives and processes your returned item as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns that were delivered to the customer undamaged.

PRE-SELL ITEMS

Please note, before bidding, if the item you wish to bid on is a pre-sell item. All pre-sell items will have the estimated date of arrival in their auctions, but please be advised that pre-order items' dates are subject to change. These dates are not in our control and are scheduled by the manafacturers. In most cases we are dealing with the manafacturers directly and will get your item as soon as they are released. In the event that an item is delayed past the date stated in the auction, a refund will be given upon request.
