We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Checks and Direct Credit Cards. International Bidders’ payments accepted only in Postal Money Orders unless you have a Confirmed Paypal Address. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Payment by check will result in a 7 day waiting period. No International Checks. US Funds Only. Email replies can take up to 48 hours at times due to the volume. We will combine shipping if no payments have been received. No Paypal accepted from Unconfirmed Addresses.

Shipping:

All items are shipped within 1-3 Business days of payment receipt and cleared payment. Weekends and Holidays are Excluded. We ship UPS/Fed Ex and USPS. The Shipping Options are noted in each ad. No PO Boxes on UPS/Fed Ex Shipments. Please be sure to provide a Physical Address with any order shipping UPS/Fed Ex.

We will combine shipping and discount the rate on multiple orders. We can only do this if no payments have been received. Please wait for all auctions to end before making final payment. Generally each additional item will ad 2.00-4.00. It does depend on your area and the item. All combined Orders will ship UPS/Fed Ex. When all auctions have ended, we will send over a final invoice so please wait for this invoice before making payment to insure that your shipping total is correct.

International Shipping. We will ship International. All heavier packages will ship through Fed Ex/UPS. The cost is a bit more, but they are dependable and provide proper tracking and timely delivery, unlike USPS. Lighter and smaller items will ship USPS parcel. No Surface Shipping. No Payments accepted from Paypal unconfirmed addresses. US Funds only. No International Checks accepted.

Returns:

We are committed to customer service & want you to be happy with your purchase. We are always willing to resolve any problems! All DROP ZONE items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
