• Accepted Payments for USA buyers:
  Mail in: Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check,
  Credit Cards / E-Check via: Paypal (Paypal e-checks will take several additional days to clear, similar to an actual check)
  Any Payment options NOT listed is not accepted, NO Exceptions.
  Personal Checks are held for 7 -10 business days prior to shipping regardless of clearing date.
  (If the extra holding period required is not acceptable for your time frame, then please do not send in a personal check)
  Shipment to CA will incur 8.25% CA Sales Tax.
  IMPORTANT - All Mail In payments should include ITEM # or Sales ID provided to you when you checkout.  Payments lacking these information will delay shipping.  We are not responsible for shipping delays on payments that lack ITEM # & Order #.
• Accepted payments for Int'l Buyers:
  Money Order.  All Funds must be in USD.  No International Checks.
  Buyer is responsible for the applicable Import Duty & Brokerage costs.
  Int'l Paypal / Credit Card payments are only accepted at our discretion. 

• Cominbed Shipping - After 1st end of auction, you have 7 days to combine.  All items purchased/bid after that will be considered a separate order.  When Done, Click on the CHECKOUT LINK right above & your total is figured out automatically for you.  Once the checkout is completed, will not be able to combine additional auctions. No exceptions.  Please check our "About Me" page for guidelines on how exactly we calculate combined shipping costs.
  Important - You do not need to email us to ask us to combine your order for you, or to ask for a total.  When you checkout, your items will be combined and you will get a total for your order.

• Combined Shipping Discount - Full shipping on the heaviest item, 50% off remaining S&H costs on all other items! 

• Pickup - No pickups.

• Shipping & Handling - It is not negotiable.

• Returned Packages - Reshipment costs will be due if package is returned to us for invalid address.  Please review the address provided during checkout to ensure quick delivery.  Orders are always shipped to the address you entered during checkout, not to the address on your paypal or ebay accounts.  Mailing labels are printed according to the info entered during checkout, accurate info is very important.

• Colors - Color shades will change from time to time due to different dyes & manufacture.  We cannot guarantee color shades will always be the same as your previous purchases.

• Insurance is available to be purchased during checkout.  For domestic shipments, 2.20 for first 100.00 merchandise value, 1.50 for each additional 100.00.  For international shipments, 4.50 for first 100.00 merchandise value, 2.50 for each additional 100.00.

• IMPORTANT - Make sure all correspondence with us (emails, payments, etc.) includes eBay item# or order#.  This is very important, it  will quicken our email response to your questions and speed up processing of your order.  With the number of payments we receive each day, if you don't have this information with/on your payment, your order may be delayed.
• Quantities are set by management and cannot be change. (If this auction is for 252, 144, 84, etc. we cannot break this quantity up to sell you in smaller quantities.)   We may have different quantity of the same item, please check our other auctions or our eBay store. 
• All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped, typically within 24-72 hours.  
• Because of the high volume of emails we receive daily, we cannot always reply to emails immediately.  Be assured that we will reply within eBay's allotted response time, which is 1-3 business days. 
• Colors Listed are pictured to the best of our ability.  Items are as pictured, it may not match colors from other vendors or your own definition.   Please make sure the item in the photo is the color shade you need.   Different items of the same color (periwinkle, burgundy, lavender, etc.) might not match exactly.  Because they are made from different materials, & manufacture, the shades of color will not match up exactly.
• Transaction details are kept on file for 90 days after end of auction. 
• Items are shipped after payment received.  Mail in payments must be received physically before item is shipped.

• All item are brand new unless stated otherwise.
• Will try to ship the entire order in 1 box, some items are too large / heavy, it'll be shipped separately.
• Problems with your order must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.  Will NOT be responsible for problems reported after the 3 days have past.
• If product is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced or refunded at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.  All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form before returning.  Any returned package without the RMA FORM will not be processed.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• RMA's for refund must be obtained within 14 days from date of receipt.  Returns/exchanges accepted in original/unopened condition only.  20% restocking fee for returned items.  Veils & Personalized Items are NOT returnable / exchangeable.
• All exchange/refunds must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
• All shipping and handling  fee will not be returned in any case. 
• Lost Packages:  Shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS.  In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Please note that claims apply only to insured packages. Lost Uninsured Packages are buyer's responsibility.  If you take it upon yourself to file the claim, we will not be able to file another, there will be nothing else we can do to help.  Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.  If tracking number shows delivered, there's nothing we can do.  Will not be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost by the carrier.
