Per state and county SALES TAX requirements, WeSellNow will collect a 6.0% state sales tax from all buyers with a PA address. In addition, Allegheny County residents, as well as buyers who pay for and pickup their merchandise from our location, will be subject to a 1.0% county tax.

All Sales Are Final, with the exception of our return policy below. Please do not bid if you are not able to honor the Final Bid Price including any Shipping & Handling fees.

If you do not contact us or reply to our correspondence within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-list the item and file for refund. This process will include filling the "Non-Paying Bidder" Form.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Due to the size, weight, or fragile nature of this item, WeSellNow recommends only bidders willing to pick up this item take part in this auction. See FREIGHT DELIVERY to request shipping quotes. For items that are recommended for LOCAL PICKUP, freight quotes are expected to exceed $125 for residential addresses.

A handling fee of $5 for counter pickup and $10 for dock pickup will be charged. Pickups must be made within 10 days of auction's end. Delays will result in storage fees. Please contact us for fee amounts and approval of such. Delays exceeding 30 days may result in forfeiture of item and amounts paid.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

If you would like to have this item shipped or delivered, please contact us for an estimate. WeSellNow can most easily respond to freight requests through the eBay question forum. Please be sure to include your zip code, whether you have a commercial or residential address and whether that address has a loading dock.

Note that some freight carriers will not honor insurance on used merchandise when the original packaging and box are not present. If that is the case, WeSellNow will require non-refundable payment via money order and a release form stating WeSellNow is not responsible for any damage during shipping.

If you have a problem with any of our merchandise please allow us the opportunity to work it out. It is never our intention to mislead anyone. Frankly, if we make a mistake we will correct it.

These mistakes we will correct with no questions asked:
 > Shipped the wrong item.
 > Item listing has a significantly inaccurate description of the item (example: Listing states clock is ten inches tall and it is only five.)

WeSellNow will accept return of the goods only if they are not exactly as described in this listing. Matters of opinion are just that, and not necessarily an automatic reason for return. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization or a refund will not be granted. Once the goods have been inspected by WeSellNow and found to be in error, a refund will be provided within 10 days.

WeSellNow has 4 Pittsburgh drop-off store Locations. We help individuals, businesses, and fundraising organizations sell their items on eBay.

People who want to participate can bring their items to WeSellNow or have us pick them up (for a small pick-up fee).

We will write a detailed description of the item, photograph it, list it on eBay, store it securely, respond to bidder questions, invoice the buyer, process payments, package it, ship it, and track it to it's destination.
