You can buy with confidence knowing that most VIPER products come with a 6-month limited warranty provided it is installed & used correctly based on specifications in the manual. The Viper Max winches come with a full 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Electrical components carry a 60 day warranty. These warranties do not cover the cable, fairlead, steel hook, or freespool knob. Full replacment parts are available for purchase on our website. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on all warranty claims.
