  • Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

  • All of our products are shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the weight ,
    value of the package and delivery address. PO Box addresses can only be shipped by US Mail.     
  •  Approximate transport time is 2 to 6 days depending on location. 
          
  •    The shipping cost for Alaska and Hawaii is CAD $36.00(UPS 2nd Day Air) per battery.

  •     Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
           
  •   No tracking information is available when shipping packages by First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International.
  •     Package transit time normally takes some 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service's control.
  •     The shipping cost of Canada does not include local taxes- PST, GST and HST
 
  • PayPal payment is preferred, we also accept check, money order and worldpay.
  • Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.
  • If you plan to pay via money order/check, please write down your name, email address, physical address and the ebay item number, so we can deal with your business promptly. All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed.

  • The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient.   • Product 's unit price will be refunded for any defective, damaged items ,and full refund will be allowed for any misrepresented items within 15 days of purchase, if your return is for refund only. Refund will be charged 25% as handling fee after 15 days of purchase, if the product was defective or damaged and return is for refund only.
  • Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
 
  • Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal use.  Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through accesskit2k@go-shop.ca. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through accesskit2k@go-shop.ca  to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight.  Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
