We use an outside Carrier insurance, which allows us to immediately refund or replace any damaged or lost item. The cost to you for this insurance is $1 per item, which we believe is well worth it. If your item is lost or damaged in transit you will immediately receive a full refund including shipping and handling or we will reship you a new item, whichever you prefer. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Your tracking number will also be placed in your PayPal records under details of transaction which you can retrieve at any time, if you wish to track you item as well.
