USPS - All other locations

Our checkout will automatically combine your purchases into one shipment to save you money on shipping. Shipping is pulled directly from the UPS or USPS website and is based on total weight of the order.

We ship only by UPS to the continental United States, we have found that due to the nature of the material we ship and the ability to provide detailed tracking information and updates to our customers that this service best meets our and our customers needs.

We do ship to all other locations by United States Postal Service, we have found this to be the most economical service to these areas. While the USPS doesn't provide the servvice features of UPS shipments, we feel the cost savings for our customers outweighs the lack of service.

Returns

You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the condition received and must be packaged properly to prevent damages during shipment.

If the return is due to no fault of ours, we will refund the purchase price only. Intial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.

If there was an error on our part, we will send a return label for the intial item and replace the item with the correct one or refund the purchase price and intial shipping charges.
