CHARMING 30S 40S MAIL ORDER DRESS & BOLERO VINTAGE PATTERN

This auction is for a charming vintage 30s or 40s Rural New Yorker Mail Order Skirt & Long Sleeve Bolero Pattern. Pattern 3024 has been cut, is complete and in excellent used condition. This comes in it's original mail order envelope also. The directions have some tears on the fold lines but a quite usable. This pattern is unprinted and is not recommended for the beginner. This pattern is a size 20 which will fit a 38" bust, a 32" waist and a 41" hip.

ABOUT MY SHIPPING FEES ON PATTERNS: Due to concern over how much the cardboard backing I use adds to shipping fees, I will no longer use the cardboard backing. Each pattern will still be enclosed in a clean plastic bag to protect from wetness. ***If you want a cardboard backing to protect your pattern please email me using "ask seller a question" BEFORE you pay your invoice so that I can adjust the shipping amount. The cardboard adds about 40 cents to the shipping fee.

ABOUT MY FABRIC: While my home is somke-free and pet-free this is vintage fabric and I can not guarantee that the fabric has not been exposed to either.

I charge only actual shiping costs~if I overcharge you by more than a few cents I always issue a refund. I use the postal service CLICK-N-SHIP for US shipments which costs 19 cents. This does include delivery confirmation. You will receive an email from PayPal letting you know that I have mailed your pattern if you do not recevie this email please check your spam folder. The email will have a tracking number for you to track your shipment.

I do combine shipping and will do my best to save you money on shipping fees. If you intend to bid on more than one item and would like them shipped together, DON'T PAY the invoice until you are done and then email me for a combined shipping invoice. If you pay your invoice I can not add additional items to your shipment.

I make every attempt to ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment and don't usually go 48 hours without going to the post office *except on weekends* but sometimes I can't get to the post office and will let you know if there will be a delay in shipping your purchase.

Refunds are given only on items that may have been mistakenly misrepresented. If you feel that the item you receive is not as listed please email within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the possibility of receiving a refund. All items must be returned in the exact condition as they were in when I mailed them and must be received within 7 days of receiving approval to return the item.

Insurance is available however it must now be added into the shipping cost~PER EBAY'S NEW RULES. If you would like to purchase insurance you need to let me know BEFORE you pay your invoice so that I can add the insurance into the shipping fee.

On International shipments...tracking and insurance is not available on International First Class Mail. It is however available on International Priority Mail. Insurance is also available on items over 4 pounds in weight that are shipped International Parcel Post Mail. If you would like your item shipped International Priority Mail, please email and I will send an invoice reflecting that choice otherwise the invoice I send will be for International First Class Mail and I will not be held responsible for undelivered items. Should you choose not to purchase insurance you are assuming all responsibility for loss or damage to your purchase.
