I've implemented a recent inventory & analysis system to avoid confusion and order mix ups, so all beads and gemstones are carefully catalogued. Information & photos saved on file for up to 60 days after completion of transaction.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY: The item must be as advertised or you get your money back (minus postage/handling/insurance fees). Customer needs to advise seller within five days of receipt of parcel there is a problem. Once the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped*, money will be refunded to the buyer. Buyer remorse is not covered in this policy. (*) All loose gemstones & beads are sent in plastic bags with a sticker that has the Gems by Gregoire logo on it with a serial/inventory number. It is essential your item be returned in the bag with this sticker to get a refund. All items are carefully serialized to avoid mix ups. Damage and loss via shipment will be handled through DSI.
