What are your shipping options?
Depending on your preferred shipping method, we can ship to you using either 24-72 hour FedEx worldwide Delivery Service or 2 to 3 weeks delivery Registered international air mail.
How much are your shipping costs?
24-72 hour FedEx worldwide Delivery Service - FedEx Priority shipments ensure that you will receive your parcel in express time. $27.00 USD (for USA) on all packages under $100 USD.If your Purchase is over $100 USD please email us at ebay@bangkokgemmart.com to receive an updated shipping cost. Please note that we charge US $1.99 for each additional item (World Wide).
Registered international air mail - $8 USD worldwide for the first item. Please note that we charge US $1.99 for each additional item (World Wide). You can have a maximum of 15 items included in to one package.
Is my item(s) insured?
FedEx shipments are insured up to a value of $100, additional insurance for any higher amount can be requested from us at a flat rate
of $25 per parcel. We strongly recommend FedEx/EMS shipments for orders over US $100. Please note that Registered Mail shipments are not insured & traceable, We will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
Do you have return Policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for any reason with in 7 days after you have received it for refund. Please note, we do not except returned items if we have not been notified prior.
Do you have a Re-stocking fee?
Please note, we have a 15% restocking policy and all shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Are your shipping rates the same for all over world?
The $27 USD FedEx shipping rate is for the USA only. For other countries shipping rates, please check the link before your make payment.
With all shipments made via registered air mail, we allow a maximum of 15 items to be included in to one package.
Are your gems certified?
We do not supply a certificate of authenticity with your purchase. If you wish to have your purchase certified, we can have this done
for you using a reputable gemological laboratory at a minimum cost of $25 USD.
Can I combine my items into one shipment?
When selecting items from our shopping cart we will combine your items into one order for you until you proceed to check out within
the 7 days combining period. The combining period will start from the time that you place your first purchase into your shopping cart.
Can I combine more items after I have checked out?
When you check out and proceed to pay for your items the combining period will stop & you will not be able to combine anymore items into your shipment.
I don't live in the USA, can I still bid on your items?
Yes, you can bid from any part of the world you want. We ship to all the service areas.
Do I have to pay custom charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
