All HARD DRIVES are covered by RAM-Memory's 1 Year Limited Warranty. FACTORY RECERTIFIED Hard Drives are also covered by a 6+ Month Manufacturer's Warranty (redeemable through product serial number). RAM-Memory Hard Drives are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defect within 1 Year of the date of purchase or your item will be promptly replaced.
We offer a comprehensive 7 day exchange policy for all HARD DRIVES in our store (to view our return policy in its entirety, please see the Policies page at the link provided below). Our return policy is based on the notion that every RMA will be placed into one of three categories: “seller fault,” “buyer fault,” or “fault undetermined.” It’s very simple. If we made an error, you’ll be able to exchange the product at our expense—you’re not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the cause of the return is "buyer fault," the product is returned or exchanged at your expense. And if there isn’t enough information to determine fault, we’ll share shipping expenses for the exchange. A restocking + shipping fee is only necessary when the RMA falls into the “buyer fault” category, and the customer may waive mandatory exchange requirements at any time by returning under "buyer fault."
