2004 Bear of Year for Danbury Mint

This very sweet bear is part of the exclusive special series for Danbury Mint in the U.S.   She is made in a beautiful antiquey blonde coloured mohair with a tufty wave, with biscuity coloured felt pads, rust stitched nose, mouth and claws.   She has the Steiff cocoa coloured eyes and is firmly soft stuffed.  She has the lovely finer traditional shape of the very first Steiff bears with a centre seam head, long arms with, spoon shaped paws, large feet, a small hump and prominent snout.  She measures approximately 32cm, her listed size is 30cm.  She wears the Danbury Mint/Steiff 2004 medallion around her neck.   Her EAN no. is 667305.   She is absolutely mint with her ear button, yellow tag and hang tag.
