Signs are shipped in a custom designed, original factory box. We use Fed Ex Ground in the U.S. and USPS Priority Mail for International shipments. Most signs will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment, but please allow 2-3 weeks. Shipping within the continental U.S.(48 states) is free! We ship to most Canadian addresses for $40. We also ship worldwide to most countries for less than $100, please email us your complete address if you would like a quote before buying. All shipments are fully insured by the carrier.
All sales are final. We accept returns for defective items only. Request must be in writing(email or fax), and received within 48 hours of item receipt. We will issue you an RMA(return merchant authorization)number. Item must be in its complete, original packaging. Once we receive item, we will inspect. If we determine at our sole discretion that item is defective, we will issue full refund minus shipping, or we will ship replacment, whichever you prefer. All other returns subject to 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit but we do include insurance on all shipments.
