Vinyl:  VG++

Slipcover:  does not exist

Mint:  NO SCRATCHES NO SCUFFS NO MARKS NO WARPING NO DAMAGE

Near mint (NM) : A great record with high gloss and only a few light scuffs or marks. 

VG+ : Used but not mistreated with only a few light scratches or paper scuffs.

VG : A very nice record but shows signs of use.

VG- : Appears to be very used.

G : Appears to have one or two fairly deep scratches.

All grading is based on visual inspection.  All vintage records should be cleaned before playing on equipment.
