This deeded ownership is for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (deeded as unit 550, week 50), meaning you can use that week every year in a Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit at Palm Beach Shores Resort without paying an RCI exchange fee; or you can use the 34,500 points every year. Usage and fees start next year in 2010 with all 34,500 points available for the new owner. Maintenance fees are paid annually in the amount of $819. Taxes are included.
