About Postage & Handling:
Postage within Australia $3 USD.
Australian residents may pay with either money order, direct deposit or paypal. I prefer paypal.
Postage everywhere else in the world $5.50 USD.
Payment must be made with paypal unless prior arrangements are made. I CAN NOT accept cash.
My postage & handling prices are used to cover my time to cut, sort and list the clippings, ebay fees, packing costs and of course the actual postage costs. Clippings are sent in a strong snap lock plastic bag which has been good for protecting clippings. I send my clippings in a B4 [large] yellow envelope. I only add cardboard on request. Please note that this may add weight to the pack and therefore postage may be increased. Please contact me if you want to know if this will effect your postage rates for this auction. Large pages may be folded to fit inside the envelope and/or for my own storage purposes.
Auction Terms & Questions Answered:
1. Contact must be made within 3 days please and payment to be made in 7 days (unless arranged otherwise) or I file a non bidding payer report.
2. All international postage is sent by Australia Post Air Mail (arrives in 7-10 days). I will not send it surface. EVER.
3. If you have any questions - or you want specific things done after an auction (like postage, packing etc) please let me know before the auction ends and we can work it all out, I'm pretty felxiable.
4. At the end of the auction, everything is set and final.
5. Don't bid if you can't pay! I hate to leave negative feedback - but if you don't pay or back out I don't have a choice.
6. Money sent via paypal generally takes 5-7 days to transfer to my Australian bank account. I ship parcels after this, so approx a week after payment is sent. I ship parcels once a week, generally being on a Wednesday.
7. Once your parcel is in the mail, I will leave feedback for you and in that feedback I leave a posting date. Check your feedback to see if I've posted your parcel before emailing me requesting a shipping date. I do this because I don't have time to email everyone personally.
8. If you miss out on bidding and ask me to relist it, I will re list it for a higher price [this covers relisting fees and my time, but it will be something we agree on]. So remember to bid!
9. I combine postage when possible. For larger packs it's not always possible. I send the packs out in 500 gram lots. This keeps the postage down for you. So sometimes with larger packs or multiple purchases you might get 2 or 3 envelopes sent. I mark these "Pack 1 of 2", "Pack 2 of 2" etc.
10. I am not responsible for any lost parcels! Once they have left me, I can't do much about them - Sorry!
11. If your not happy at the end of the transaction or with the clippings, please talk to me so I can do my best to help work things out!
* If I say only Australia, they're may be some smaller ones (no major clippings or articles) from the US/UK.
