Each Medallion is personally Cut and Assembled by Designer / Craftsman J Dyer who has been creating natural stone and tile designs for approximately 40 years.
Each piece of work is an original design with variances in color, the sizes of the stone pieces and the grout joints in the mosaic design. This is considered desirable in mosaic pieces and is an inherent part of the beauty of natural stone designs. The variances and individual craftsman techniques actually make each piece a unique, original work of art.
The Medallions are assembled by hand on a mesh backing out of a combination of Polished, Honed or Tumbled material and shipped in several pieces for easier handling and installation. They are easily installed using the same methods used to install marble or ceramic tile.

Mosaic floor and wall medallions can be made from a large variety of material including marble, granite, slate, limestone, travertine Jerusalem stone, tumbled and most natural stone materials. Metal, glass, and many tiles such as porcelain, quarry, and ceramic can also be used.
