Your winning item will be shipped from our California warehouse in USA.

We normally ship out the items within 3 business days, in most case, we'll ship it out next business day follow your full payment. Once item was shipped, tracking information will e-mail to you.

We ship by Fedex. Fedex dont ship to PO box, so please provide us street name address.
All shipping quotation is by ground shipping level and shipping cost is valid for USA lower 48 states only.

Insurance is optional.
Our vinyl cutter package box and inner protection material are fully tested by Fedex shipping Center, this will make sure when you receive our package, it will be in good condition.

In rare case, if shipping damage happened, the shipping insurance will cover the damage, and these damage will not cover by unit's regular warranty terms. So We strong suggest you get shipping insurance, otherwise the shipping damage repairs or exchanges may be at your expensive. If shipping damage happens, any RETURNS will deduct the service parts cost.

For Canadian Customers:
Your winning item will be shipped from our Toronto warehouse in Canada.

Warranty covers parts replacements. Warranty repairs that require warranty service will require buyer to pay for shipping both ways.

Warranties do not cover consumable parts and do not cover misuse or abuse of equipment. We will honor all warranties at our discretion.

We offer a 30 day guaranteed satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with the plotter for any reason, you may return it to us as long as we receive the unit back as it was originally boxed, with all accessories, and no damage. If you do not package the unit well, damage costs will be deducted from your refund. Also, keep in mind that the customer is expected to pay shipping and handling both ways for any returned item.

1. Do I need a Signmaking software for driving a vinyl cutter for cutting my designs?
Yes, you need signmaking software to drive your cutting machine.

2. Can I use my design software, such as Illustrator, or Coreldraw for cutting directly?
NO.

Illustrator, or Coreldraw doesn't come with the driver for cutting machine, so normally, you will need save (or Export) your design file to AI (adobe illustrator format), and then import to your signmaking software and cut them out.

3. I notice you include a signmaking software, SignGO Pro, is this a trial Version or limited version?
NO.

The SignGO Pro included within this package is complete full version software, with security dongle key, you completely own it. It worth $399.00 retail price.

Unlike some of our competitors, they only include trial (30 days) software with their package. After 30 days, the software will stop function and you can't use it any more. In order to be able to use your cutter, you will need spend more money to purchase the software license (at least $200 and even more). It seems you paid less right now to purchase a vinyl cutter with TRIAL software, but sooner it will cost your more.

4. What are the major advantages of your cutter compare to others?

5. I notice one of your competitor offer laser alignment tool for contour cutting, is laser alignment necessary for contour cutting?
NO. absolutely not.

Actually this is a false claim and these seller is trying to confuse customers by laser light and the optical eyes from some of the advanced cutting machine. It turns out, you pay high prices for this non-useful function. In fact, traditionally, most customer using a pen adaptor as alignment tool and get much better contour cutting job than laser light.

The truth is, all the vinyl cutters will do the contour cutting job, as long as you have signmaking software support this feature. Our package with SignGO Pro software, will have you done precise contour cutting in just few steps.

Comparing laser light, ballpen insert tip size is only 0.3-0.5mm, while, the laser light dot at least 2mm-4mm in size. It's no doublt that using pen adaptor as alignment tool is much better than so-called laser liight. Please dont be fooled by laser light alignment, it's not working as they said.

The vinyl cutter equipped with optical eyes, which will read the registration markers physical position and send these position data back to the software, so the software will process contour cutting precisely. It's totally different with the laser light.

6. I want to do contour cutting, does Master vinyl cutter will do the job?
Yes,
By doing contour cutting, you need prepare two things:
A.. printer that you will use it for print your sticker or logos.
B. the software that will support both print and cutting.

So far, SignGO Pro will be the best value software for support contour cutting. Our customers in T-shirt business have been using SignGO Pro for years for their contour cutting project.
