Vintage Royal Albert first quality "Old Country Roses" dinner set for six people - in original box and never used.

Showing the earliest backstamp - the original 1962-1973 production and still packed in their original box having never been used - the set comprises - six dinner plates, six entree plates, six bowls, six side plates, and six cups and saucers (see pictures).

Do not be confused with the modern Asian reproduction pieces sometimes sold on ebay - - - Royal Albert Old Country Roses - - - this is the original English, first quality pieces with the most-loved, renowned pattern known the world over. There are some wonderful guides on ebay showing the passage of production and backstamps of the Old Country Roses sets and you should equate yourself with what you are buying so that you are not mistakenly buying the reproduction product.

Registered and professionally packed post to most locations will cost $60.00 to send - in two boxes. It will be less to Victoria - $40.00, and more to W.A. and N.T. $80.00. International approximately $200.00. (too many locations to give a quote for everywhere - please be aware I only charge actual postage plus the box). Courier (if required): I am happy for you to organise at your expense. I recommend Aladdins - email for a quote - garry@aladdinscave.com.au - please don't leave it till the last minute as they do take a day or so to get back to you. Alternatively I use Greyhound freight, you can email me to see if they deliver to your area and the costs. It is extra to rural areas or Tasmania but they are quite reasonable and reliable.
