Here is your chance to own a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!) at Vacation Village at Bonaventure, an RCI affiliated Resort, located in Weston, FLORIDA. This deeded ownership is for a 2 bedroom Lock-Off, 2 bath Unit (deeded as unit 1110, week 41), meaning you can use that week every year in a Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit at Vacation Village at Bonaventure without paying an RCI exchange fee; or you can use the 37,500 points every year. Usage starts next year in 2010 with all 37,500 points available for the new owner. Maintenance fees are paid every year in the amount of $814. Taxes are included. The new owner will be responsible for the maintenance fees beginning January 1, 2010. Your points will be issued to you on the first day of your Effective Month of every year (The effective month is determined by the date the RCI Points account is transferred to you, usually 1 month after purchase). From the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport
Take I-95 to I-595 west and proceed to exit at 136th Street (exit 1A). Exit the highway and continue heading west on the service road/State Road 84 until you reach Bonaventure Boulevard. Make a left at this light and proceed south to Racquet Club Road. Make a right turn and you will see Vacation Village at Bonaventure, which will be on your immediate right-hand side. |
