TODAYS ITEM FOR AUCTION IS: An album with gilded lettering NOTGELD 1914-1924. The album at one time must have been quite a prize as it is quite well made. It is now in fair condition but it did what it was supposed to do and that was to protect the contents. The album contains 382 pieces of Notgeld and other forms of mostly German emergency money. This is not a subject for which we have detailed information, so who knows what treasures will be found in this collection. Most are in nice crisp condition. Fantastic coloring. SHIPPING AND OTHER INFO: Buyer is to pay shipping and delivery confirmation of $18.00. Insurance is recommended on all auctions. I recommend that you request an invoice with insurance if you win. The cost is based on the winning bid amount. All items will be protected well but shippers can sometimes do damage and or lose things. Better to be safe!
