JW - These sterling silver curly Q beads are handmade by artisan Janet Wolery.  They are available in four sizes - 21mm, 26mm, 33mm, and 38mm in both sterling silver and gold filled. Also described as a double "s" and three dimensional bead.  They are made of 2mm hollow metal tubing so you strand right through it. Due to the extreme burviness you cannot use a needle, threader, or threadlike stranding material.  I use Softflex .019 nylon coated beading wire (49 strands of stainless steel).  There is a very similar Beadalon stranding wire as well. I am showing several projects here to show their use.  The first showcases handmade lampwork beads by Rory Raku. I have used 12 pieces of the 26 mm (or $3.00 each) size of curly Q for this necklace and it is about 16 inches long.  The second necklace features handmade lampwork beads by Melek Keracan and uses 10 of the 33 mm or $4.00 each size of curly Q bead.  It is also about 16 inches long. The third piece is a bracelet which uses 4 of the 38mm long or $5.00 each gold filled curly Q beads.  It is about 7 inches long.

This listing is for 100  pieces of the 38mm size.  They are normally $5.00 each so this represents a   50% discount.  If you are looking for less quantity I will have a listing of these pieces where you can buy them for $5.00 each.

 Shipping to the United States is via Priority Mail and is $5.00 no matter how many items you buy.  Any exceptions to this will be clearly noted in the auction/sale.  Shipments which are large in size or value may be sent via FedEx ground. Shipments valued at less than $200.00 are sent with a delivery confirmation.  Shipments valued at $200.00 or more are sent with signature confirmation.  Insurance is optional and available to US buyers only and is the responsibility of the buyer if desired. The insurance fee is the same as charged by the United States Post office.
