Back Cushions come in different sizes. Let us know the size you will need  and we can custom make them to fit your existing cushions.

If you want you may mail in paper template

Step 1. Place your paper on the floor, with your cushion on top of the paper.
Step 2. Carefully trace the shape of the cushion on the paper.
Step 3. Cut out the shape of the back cushion.
Step 4. To ensure that the template is the same shape on the left and on the right, you will need to fold the paper in half to make sure it is equal on both sides. The new filling for back cushion will only be as good as the template so be as accurate as possible when creating the paper template.
Step 5. Please mark clearly on the template:

a. Your name, telephone number, and address.
b. The thickness of foam for that cushion.
c. How many cushions you require of that shape.

d. Then the final step is to Mail your templates to:

Q: How firm should I go with the back cushions?

You have the option to choose soft, medium or firm feeling.

The majority of our customers choose the medium density feel. The best way to pick a density it to look at the weight of the people that will be sitting on it and the amount of usage that the cushion will be getting. The medium density feel is for people with average weight and everyday usage of the cushion.

Q: What Better Foam or Crushed Dacron Batting Filling?

Crushed Dacron Batting Filling is better than foam. Your original back cushions probably have loose fill if you replace the back cushion with solid foam your back cushion will look to stiff looking Crushed Dacron Filling gives you a more plumper appearance, yet firm enough to support weight.

Q: If my original Back Cushion had loose fill will I end up with the same problem purchasing Crushed Dacron Batting?

No, your original back cushion doesn’t have casing with channels this is very important, without channels the filling will look out of shape all of the time and will eventually start to cave-in.

Our casing with built in channels, helps even out the cluster fill to maintain a Smooth and Even Shape.

When we receive your order we will be able to ship out within 2 to 4 days. We can contact you with a tracking number when your order ships out. You will be able to track down your package to know exactly when you should be expecting your cushions.
