By bidding on / purchasing an item, you are noting your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Shipping & Handling:
The shipping charge for this item is $15.95. Insurance is included in the shipping rate.
Hagemeyer Auction Outlet ships to the Continental United States only. We are NOT able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US provinces, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses because of the computer systems that we use. Please expect 7 - 10 business days for standard ground shipping. We ship only Monday through Friday. We currently do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left without a signature, please advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. We are responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery, but not for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery. All items will be shipped to winning bidders; we do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups. Shipping charges are set by item per auction. Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We DO NOT offer Express or Overnight Shipping for any of our auctions at this time.
We ship only to confirmed addresses. This is the primary address set up on your PayPal account.
We ship from multiple locations throughout US and therefore are seldom able to bundle or combine multiple purchases into a single shipment. However, we will be happy to check on combined shipping if you will email us before checking out.
Payment Information
We use a third-party company to list and track our orders. Please do not bid if you are unwilling to pay through our checkout system.
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL THROUGH OUR MARKETWORKS CHECKOUT. Please DO NOT pay directly through PayPal's website. Please note that we are unable to accept payments from a Non U.S. PayPal account even if you are entering a U.S. shipping address into the checkout screen.
PayPal eChecks can take 3 to 5 days to be authorized. Orders will be processed once Paypal has fully authorized the eCheck payment.

Sales Tax
Hagemeyer Auction Outlet will apply sales tax during checkout for all sales in all states based upon the delivery address. Hagemeyer has property in all 50 states, therefore has a NEXUS in all 50 states. States in which we have NEXUS require us to collect sales tax based on the individual state's statute.
Because our shipping charge includes handling costs, tax must be applied to shipping/handling fees also.
As of 03/03/08 we ARE able to process reseller tax id certificates. Please contact us before checking out for instructions on sending us your certificate. Once certificate is approved, we will email you an invoice with tax deducted. Thank you for shopping with Hagemeyer Auction Outlet!
