You pay $0 for shipping insurance up to $100 in cartridge value. We normally ship within 24 hours of payment and will provide a tracking number as soon as they are available. We ship from California.  Shipping charges mentioned here are for the continental states of USA. If you would like us to ship to Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico or Canada, please contact us via email rtekindustries@yahoo.com.

We also accept money orders and checks. For personal or company check payment, we hold the shipment until it gets cleared (usually, 7-10 business days). All orders shipped within the state of CA are subject to 8.25% CA sales tax rate. If you are CA resident and have resale certificate, you may request to be tax exempt. Please email us your resale certificate

Return Policy

You may return defective generic or remanufactured products for exchange or refund within 30 days after receipt , if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will replace it at no extra charge. If the product is found to be defective after 30 days from delivery date or 15% or more of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on usage. All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the cartridge is bought less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. Otherwise, you will be charged for the shipping.
