International Bidders: Minimum charge for Lego parts is $3.00US. Canadian Lego parts orders have a minimum charge of $2.59. When purchasing multiple items please email for a combined invoice. Shipping for large orders will be based upon weight and may be a little less per item than the stated per item shipping charge.
Shipping Policy
For all Lego auctions, I will be shipping via USPS. Fixed shipping cost items will ship via First Class mail. Larger lots and/or larger multiple item orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Books, CDs, movies and games will be shipped via USPS media mail. Insurance is highly recommended. I am not responsible for lost/damaged shipments, if this is a concern include postal insurance. If time is of the essence, please contact me and we can discuss faster methods and the related shipping costs.
Multiple Items
I do combine shipping on all multiple item purchases. Please request an invoice when you are done shopping and a reduced shipping cost will be charged. If you are interested in an auction and a store item, please email me and advise me of the auction end date, so I know when to send an all inclusive invoice. Items may be held up to seven days, allowing all current auctions to end.
Payment Policy
I prefer PayPal payments, but will accept money orders. If paying by money order, I need an email sent advising me of this, within 24 hours of the close of the auction. I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. My PayPal id is jsmithenterprises@insight.rr.com.
Payment (or an email explaining a payment delay) is expected within 7 days after the auction closes. If I have not heard from you within that time, I will assume you do not intend to pay. Non-paying bidders will be reported and blocked from all my future auctions.
I am a very understanding person, so if there is going to be a delay in your payment, just email me so we can work it out.

Refund/Return Policy
All store items are 100% guaranteed. If there is any problem whatsoever, please email me within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. All issues will be resolved with either a suitable replacement item or with return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be for item price only. Shipping and handling cannot be returned.
