RugnRoll stands behind every rug we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the rug back within 3 business days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less shipping and handling. You will first have to contact us to get the return address and reason for returning the rug. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 3 business days.
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE EMAIL US WITH A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM. IN CERTAIN CASES YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE YOU SEND THE RUG BACK. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.

Even if you are using Paypal, you still must go through our secure Checkout system. For shipments to New York addresses, we are required to collect 8.625% Sales Tax.

RugnRoll ships items within the United States via UPS only. Sorry, but we cannot send products to a PO Box or to PR, or military destinations. Potential buyers from Hawaii, Alaska and International bidders please email us for rates before placing your bids. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship UPS Overnight or UPS 2 Day Air. Our shipping process is very automated so we can ship your orders quickly. For these reasons, we must always ship UPS on our account and we do not offer customer pick-up of orders.
We ship your purchase within two to three business days after you have checked-out. Standard shipping via UPS Ground delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days to arrive. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

Q. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from RugnRoll? A. Upon the close of an auction you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact RugnRoll to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within one hour of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout process where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase..
Q. How long do I have to pay for an item? A. You will have five days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. You can expect your "Invitation to Checkout" e-mail within one hour of the auction close. So please check your e-mail as soon as you can after the auction close.

Q. Can I pick the rug up in person? A. Sorry, but at this time we are unable to accommodate personal pick ups. We have multiple processing facilities and items may be stored at a different location. Unfortunately, this means we must ship the item to you.
